News-Leader.com Highlights DXG Pro Gear A80V HD Camcorder as Hot New Gadget

News-Leader.com writer, Debbi Porterfield, highlights some of the latest new gadgets and the DXG-A80V from the new Pro Gear line made the list for its easy to use touchscreen design, high-end features and wallet-friendly price.

DXG wants to make it easier to use a camcorder. The new Pro Gear line sports a touchscreen that tries to keep it simple and an ergonomic design that’s easy to grasp.

The DXG-A80V is the first model in the new product line and features a 5X optical zoom, a 10-megapixel still camera, a built-in shake sensor for electronic image stabilization, a 3-inch LCD touch-screen and auto- and manual focus. It can shoot 1080p video at 30 frames per second.

The DXG-A80V goes for about $300.
